What You’ll Do

Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure across diverse client environments

Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT and automation platforms) to enhance efficiency

Build trusted client relationships onsite and remotely

Take ownership of technical challenges while elevating team knowledge

Document, improve, and innovate processes

What You Bring

3+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)

Strong Microsoft 365 expertise

Experience with AI/LLMs and workflow automation

Windows & Mac proficiency (Linux a plus)

A cybersecurity mindset (Security+ or willingness to earn it)

Other Requirements

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance required.

Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

HR Information

Full-time, permanent role

Hybrid role based in our Ventura office, with frequent travel to clients throughout Ventura County and occasional visits to Los Angeles.

Salary: $90,000-$105,000 a year
