The Role
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician II to join our team of IT professionals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering top-tier support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring our clients' systems run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and respond to service tickets promptly and effectively.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to workstations, servers, and networks.
Provide remote and on-site IT support and assist clients with technical inquiries.
Document all communication and steps taken in the service ticket for future reference.
Proactive management of client infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Advanced knowledge of Windows devices is required. Mac experience is a plus!
Proficiency in administering Microsoft365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace
Experience in managing systems and servers, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance.
Solid understanding of networking and virtualization (e.g., DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Competencies
- CompTIA Certifications: A+, Network+, or Security+
