Technical Project Manager

We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects from kickoff to completion. In this role, you’ll keep teams aligned, maintain consistent client engagement, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects from start to finish; multiple projects at a time (5-6 projects)
Translate client needs into clear technical requirements
Track success with metrics, maintain documentation, and ensure communication with clients and internal teams.
Implement best practices for streamlined project management.
Who You Are
3+ years of project management experience is required. MSP project management experience would be considered an asset.
Technical expertise:
Cloud Projects: O365 migrations, SharePoint migrations, Google Workspace
Server Projects: migrating/updating applications from physical server to cloud infrastructure; prem to prem migrations
Network Projects: implementation of firewalls, switching, APs, cabling
New client onboardings
Office moves, office buildouts
Certified project management credentials: PMP, Project+, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in project management tools such as ConnectWise
Experience in vendor contract negotiations.
Expertise in drafting and submitting budget proposals, with the ability to recommend and implement adjustments as needed.
Mastery of M365 migrations and experience with infrastructure projects and ISP migrations.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical staff.

What’s In It For You
Salary: $95,000-$110,000 annually
Full-time, permanent position
Hybrid role – one day a week in the office in Milwaukee + any required in-person meetings
