We are looking for a Senior IT Project Engineer to lead the delivery of infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security projects for a wide range of clients. This is a senior-level, hands-on engineering role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with professionalism, ownership, and strong client communication.

You won’t be buried in endless internal meetings or boxed into a narrow specialty. You’ll work across modern IT environments, lead meaningful projects, and have a direct impact on client success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement complex IT projects including:
• Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations
• SharePoint deployments and data migrations
• Server and network infrastructure rollouts
• Firewall and VPN implementations
• Backup, disaster recovery, and security solutions
• Collaborate during technical pre-sales discussions to help scope projects, identify requirements, and build practical implementation plans
• Act as a trusted technical resource for clients throughout project delivery
• Provide project updates, technical guidance, and end-user training when needed
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high technical standard
• Maintain accurate documentation including configurations, diagrams, credentials, and handoff details
• Partner closely with service desk and support teams to ensure smooth project transitions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience delivering IT infrastructure and cloud projects in an MSP or client-facing environment
• Deep technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualization, firewalls, backups, and security
• Ability to independently design, troubleshoot, and implement complex solutions
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
• Someone who values documentation, process, and doing things the right way
