Bayon IT is a growing Apple-focused IT services provider in the Minneapolis area who has created a reputation for providing best in class, professional managed IT support to a wide range of mostly Apple/Mac business clients who want a long-term, quality managed IT support relationship.  
 
Bayon IT is looking for a qualified Apple and Mac enthusiast to join our team role of Tier 1 Apple Technician.  In this position, you will be the first line of support for our valued clients, playing a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services.
  
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Provide end-user support and solutions for Apple and Mac hardware and software issues
  • Assist end users and clients by delivering preventative maintenance, upgrades, implementations, training, etc.  
  • Develop documentation for Bayon IT and clients
  • Delight our clients with a friendly, quick and helpful experience 
  • Go on site to assist clients and install hardware (workstations, networking equipment, etc.)
  • For those to be successful and grow their skills, this job will require the capacity to absorb knowledge and a commitment to excellence
 
Required Skills and Experiences: 
  • Intermediate user level of Macs, IT/SaaS solutions, software and hardware 
  • Knowledge on Windows/PCs a plus (yes, a reality in our line of work)
  • The ability to speak both geek and human 
  • A personal passion and love of all Apple products and Mac computers
  • Great communications skills, founded in being a good listener
  • A detail-oriented person who loves and values documentation and processes
  • A passion and ability to keep up with & adapt to the fast-paced world of IT
  • A love of (and ability to) solve problems & challenges 
  • A deep desire to deliver an amazing client experience 
  • Have your own reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits 
  • Full-time exempt salary position 
  • Salary is $40,000  a year
  • 7 days paid holidays and 96 hours of PTO
