We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! 


The Role 

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our CEO and our Sales Team by ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. This is a non-sales role focused on providing administrative sales support, including but not limited to CRM management, pipeline tracking, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities 

Provide daily administrative sales support to the CEO / Sales Team, including but not limited to: 

  • Respond to sales inquiries from inbound leads, gathering relevant information to relay to the Sales Team. 

  • Coordinate with vendors (e.g., internet service providers) to obtain pricing and prepare quotes for both new prospects and existing clients. 

  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes and proposals, ensuring smooth progression through the sales cycle. 

  • Proactively follow up with prospects and clients on open proposals, agreements, and outstanding action items. 

  • Track and update deals and client records in the CRM (Autotask), ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups. 

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with sales documentation. 

  • Drive the company's marketing initiatives by managing social media, researching marketing tools and opportunities, supporting strategy execution, and overseeing the marketing budget. 

Requirements 

  • 4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing Support role in an IT-related industry (IT consulting, managed IT services, etc.) 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in person, over the phone) 

  • Experience in creating/drafting written correspondence such client correspondence, processes, agendas, memos, and reports 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and any CRM tools 

  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of client satisfaction. 

 HR Information: 

  • Full-time position 

  • Hybrid work set up (work from the office in Fountain Valley once a month) 

  • First 90 days will be purely in-office for training 

  • Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM 

  • Health insurance 

  • 2 weeks paid time off 

  • 401(k) plan with 4% match 

  • Salary: $52,000, negotiable depending on experience
