What you’ll be doing:
We’re looking for a Systems Engineer who’s not just technically sharp, but also enjoys connecting with people. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing smart, scalable infrastructure solutions for a mix of clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role — think of yourself as both a tech expert and a trusted advisor.
Your day-to-day might include:
Designing robust, high-performance infrastructure (networking, systems, storage, virtualization, cloud).
Configuring and fine-tuning network and server environments (Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Windows, Hyper-V, Azure).
Developing and integrating solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Implementing security protocols and ensuring compliance across environments.
Monitoring and optimizing systems for peak performance.
Consulting directly with clients as a trusted technical partner.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in infrastructure design, deployment, and support — MSP experience is a MUST.
Solid skills across networking, cloud, security, and systems — especially with Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Azure, Windows, and Hyper-V.
Comfort with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python) and tools like Ansible or Puppet.
A curious, solution-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
A relevant degree in IT or a related field.
$90,000 base salary
Hybrid setup - mostly in-office (Ossining, NY) with some remote flexibility
Mileage reimbursement for local travel
