Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment and achieving meaningful results? River Run is seeking to hire a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team! 

River Run has been providing extraordinary Managed IT services throughout southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois to keep you “up and running” since 1993.  

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for developing new client relationships for River Run, generating long-term partnerships, and working collaboratively in a team environment to provide excellent client service. 
 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities   

  • Generate new accounts through prospecting, networking, and referrals.   

  • Perform needs analysis at client sites and work to identify multiple objectives 

  • Collaborate with the Technical Department to create customized solutions. 

  • Develop and present proposals to clients 

  • Follow a proven sales process to meet objectives and close deals 

  • Work with internal and external marketing teams to develop innovative processes and materials for selling. 

  • Maintain client communication through long sales cycles 

  • Attend expos, networking events, and represent the company in agreed groups 

  • Complete pricing templates, follow procedures, and obtain required certifications 

  • Work in tandem with leadership and other team members on continuous learning and development  

  • Support team development and assist in training when needed 

  • Embrace new challenges and meet sales targets 
     

Skills and Experience    

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling solutions and/or services

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience is required.   

  • Pleasant phone voice and demeanor   

  • Outgoing and confident personality   

  • Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills   

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook and Excel   

  • Familiarity with Sales CRM software preferred   

  • Strong client and team interaction focusing on:   

  • Problem-Solving   

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills   

  • Must be collaborative in nature and excel in a team-based environment   

  • Detail oriented   

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment   +
     

Transportation   

Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and valid insurance. Considering this is an outside sales position, a clear driving record within the past 5 years may be required for company insurance coverage.  
 

HR Information   

Base pay of $50,000-$70,000  

  • Up to 90,000 OTE in your first year  

  • Up to $160,000 OTE in succeeding years

Full-time, in-office role with local travel
