We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team!
The Role
The Sales and Marketing Associate will support our CEO with daily operations and drive key sales and marketing initiatives for the company. We are seeking an individual who excels at multitasking, has a keen eye for detail, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset, be able to work independently, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative sales support to the CEO / Sales Team, including but not limited to:
Respond to sales inquiries from inbound leads, gathering relevant information to relay to the Sales Team.
Coordinate with vendors (e.g., internet service providers) to obtain pricing and prepare quotes for both new prospects and existing clients.
Creating and managing quotes and proposals in the CRM (Autotask).
Follow up with clients on open proposals to ensure timely completion and signing.
Answer phone calls and emails, triaging and prioritizing messages to ensure timely responses.
Support lead generation efforts, including cold outreach.
Draft professional correspondence for clients.
Manage calendars and coordinate appointments.
Other responsibilities:
Provide operational support to our marketing department by:
Managing company social media accounts by posting updates, engaging with the community, and responding to inquiries.
Researching on new marketing tools, advertising opportunities, target markets, and potential clients.
Assisting in developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy.
Tracking and maintaining the marketing budget to ensure the effective allocation of resources.
Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide backup support across various business functions as needed.
Requirements
4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing Support role in an IT-related industry (IT consulting, managed IT services, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in person, over the phone)
Experience in creating/drafting written correspondence such client correspondence, processes, agendas, memos, and reports
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
