L1 Helpdesk Support

We're looking for a L1 Helpdesk Support to join our team. This is an in-office, entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting tech issues, helping others, and is looking to start or grow a career in IT. You'll be the first point of contact for client support requests, helping resolve basic technical issues and escalating when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service tickets and requests through email, phone, or our ticketing system
- Provide basic remote support for desktops, laptops, VoIP phones, printers, and other devices
- Troubleshoot common issues with software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Document issues, solutions, and client interactions accurately in our system
- Assist with preparing, packing, and shipping equipment for client use
- Perform basic IT tasks like device setup, restocking inventory, and routine maintenance
- Support the helpdesk and project teams by organizing equipment and scheduling tasks
Qualifications
2+ years in any helpdesk/support center role
Basic knowledge in trouble shooting, diagnosing, and resolving computer hardware and software related issues
Experience in using CRM and ticketing tools (preferably Autotask, Datto)
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail with a focus on customer service
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Must have a valid California Driver's License
